JNBY plans to raise up to US$125m in its IPO in order to establish a new logistics center, renovate and expand its self-operated stores, and to expand its product portfolio.The company has well-recognised brands on the mainland and seems to have tried its hands at international expansion. Even though headline growth numbers appear robust, same-store sales growth doesn't seem as strong. While the number of related party transactions and pre-IPO dividend pullout remains a concern.
