Fitch upgraded Malaysia's outlook from 'negative' to 'stable' which saw the ringgit rebounding from a 10-year low. However, gains were soon erased putting the ringgit below its 3.80 peg to the US Dollar from 1998-2005.&nbsp;The hype surrounding 1MDB is escalating, with increasing allegations surrounding the Prime Minister.&nbsp;Political risks remain high in Malaysia and that could keep the Ringgit at its currently under-valued level for some time.&nbsp;
