Baptista Research is owned and managed by Ishan Majumdar, an ex-Venture Capitalist/ Investment Banker, a Chartered Accountant, and a Masters’ degree holder in Management from HEC Paris. Ishan has nearly a decade of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Leveraged Buyouts (LBOs), Venture Capital Investing, Corporate Strategy, and Valuation in front-office roles at the likes of BNP Paribas CIB, Credit Agricole CIB, Groupe Danone, and TIW Private Equity. He has worked on and closed multiple acquisition deals, leveraged buyouts, and start-up investment transactions.

JinkoSolar Holding Company Limited manufactures solar products. The Company produces silicon wafers, solar cells and solar modules.

Daqo New Energy Corporation manufactures polysilicon.  The Company markets its polysilicon to photovoltaic product manufacturers who process it into ingots, wafers, cells and modules for solar power products.

Sino Wealth Electronic Limited designs and sells integrated circuits, and provides after-sales and technical services. The Company 's major product is Micro Control Units which are used in products such as small household appliances and automotive electronics.

HC SemiTek Corporation develops, manufactures and sells LED epitaxial wafers and chips. The Company's main products include GaN-based high-brightness blue and green LED chips.

Shanghai Fudan Microelectronics Group Company Limited designs and sells integrated circuits (IC) for industrial applications.  The Company's IC products are used for smart cards, telecommunication products, as well as motor vehicle electronic and power supply electronic products.

Its photovoltaic equipment includes monocrystalline silicon and polycrystalline silicon ingot furnace; its silicon crystal and wafer product mainly includes silicon rods, ingots and wafers.
