The deal will be run by BNP Paribas. This is a refiling after its filing in Jan 2021 lapsed.</p><p>GFT International is an OEM toy manufacturer and as per Frost &amp; Sullivan (F&amp;S), is the largest toy manufacturing solution provider, in terms of  plastic and die-cast toys by revenue in FY20, with 26.4% market share. As of the latest practicable date (12 Sept 2021), the firm owns three production facilities in Vietnam and one in the PRC. Its production plants have a combined total of more than 120 assembly lines, and as per F&amp;S, the firm is the second largest toy manufacturer in Vietnam in terms of FY20 revenue, with 15.8% market share.</p>
