Morning Views Asia: Anton Oilfield, Azure Power Global Ltd, Gajah Tunggal

Gajah Tunggal’s Q2 and H1/21 earnings beat expectations, with substantial y-o-y growth in revenue and EBITDA. Although cash flows were visibly weaker, this was mainly due to the absence of a tax restitution, which the company received last year amid the pandemic. Leverage remained stable and at a manageable level. We view positively the amortising nature of Gajah Tunggal's secured credit facilities, which could help contain the company's debt going forward. We foresee that Moody's and S&P will upgrade their ratings by one notch to B3 and B-, respectively, as the company has completed its refinancing for the 2022 Notes and successfully lengthened its debt maturity profile.
