<li>DXY breakout above 98 targets the 100 handle with risk of an overshoot if the Euro cracks 1.08 macro support. Euro 1.11 was our short zone. </li>
<li>USD rise in Asia is gaining traction and more divided in EM with weakness in RUB, TRY, MXN with the BRL at the macro basing zone.</li>
<li>USD bid support on dips until there is some resolution in the Ukraine conflict and viewed as a USD sell signal on any cease fire. Top risk above DXY 100.</li>

<li>I would have been more confident of the equity rally had the long bond yields rose on Friday, and the curve steepened.</li>

<li>It may be different this time round, given very negative Fed real policy rate, but in the previous three Fed rate hiking cycles US equities were generally trending higher.</li>
