Baptista Research is owned and managed by Ishan Majumdar, an ex-Venture Capitalist/ Investment Banker, a Chartered Accountant, and a Masters’ degree holder in Management from HEC Paris. Ishan has nearly a decade of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Leveraged Buyouts (LBOs), Venture Capital Investing, Corporate Strategy, and Valuation in front-office roles at the likes of BNP Paribas CIB, Credit Agricole CIB, Groupe Danone, and TIW Private Equity. He has worked on and closed multiple acquisition deals, leveraged buyouts, and start-up investment transactions.

The Company offers filter press, intake rebuilds, and electrocatalytic services, as well as sludge dryers, digester covers, captivator systems, and other related technologies to the industrial, commercial, and municipal water treatment markets. Evoqua Water Technologies serves customers worldwide.

American States Water Company purchases, produces, distributes, and sells water. The Company also distributes electricity in one community.  American States operates within various customer service areas in California.

California Water Service Group is the parent company of several water utility companies.  The Company provides regulated and nonregulated water utility services to customers in California, New Mexico, and Washington.

SJW Corp. is a holding company for San Jose Water Company and SJW Land Company. San Jose Water is a regulated California water utility providing water service to customers in the metropolitan San Jose area.  SJW Land owns and operates a parking facility adjacent to the San Jose Arena, as well as several undeveloped real estate parcels in San Jose.

Middlesex Water Company treats, stores, and distributes water for residential, commercial, industrial, and fire prevention purposes. The Company operates in New Jersey and Delaware. Middlesex also provides contract water and wastewater management services to municipalities in New Jersey.

The York Water Company impounds, purifies, and distributes water throughout York County, Pennsylvania.

Pinnacle West Capital Corporation is a utility holding company.  The Company, through its subsidiary, provides either retail or wholesale electric service to most of the State of Arizona. The Company, through a subsidiary, also is involved in real estate development activities in the western United States.

The AES Corporation acquires, develops, owns, and operates generation plants and distribution businesses in several countries. The Company sells electricity under long term contracts and serves customers under its regulated utility businesses. AES also mines coal, turns seawater into drinking water, and develops alternative sources of energy.

United Utilities Group PLC manages and operates the regulated electricity distribution, water and wastewater networks in North West England. The Company also manages other infrastructure assets in the United Kingdom and overseas.

Cia de Saneamento Basico do Estado de Sao Paulo (SABESP) collects, treats, and distributes water. The Company also engineers and constructs water distribution infrastructure and water treatment systems.

Guangdong Investment Limited, through its subsidiaries, operates water supply, power and electricity, and infrastructure businesses.  The Company also invests in and develops real estate properties, operates department stores, and provides financial services.

Chongqing Water Group Co., Ltd. is a holding company. The Company, through holding subsidiaries, joint ventures and associated companies, produces and sells tap water, collects and treats urban wastewater, and constructs water supply and drainage facilities.

Beijing Enterprises Water Group Limited, through its subsidiaries, develops water treatment systems.  The Group specializes in water services and environmental protection businesses, with waste water treatment as its core business segment.

Chengdu Xingrong Environment Co Ltd distributes tap water and provides solid and liquid waste treatment and environmental protection services.

Beijing Capital Co., Ltd. manages infrastructure facilities and operates hotels.  The Company manages the Jingtong Highway, invests in water treatment projects, and operates the Xindadu Hotel.

Grandblue Environment Co., Ltd. supplies tap water. The Company also provides water supply system designing, installation, and technical consulting services.

Essential Utilities, Inc. operates as a water utility company. The Company supplies water to residential, commercial, industrial, and public customers. Essential Utilities serves residents through its water and wastewater operations in the Northeastern Southeastern, and Midwestern United States.
