<li>I do not see any changes for the DAX index in December 2023 but <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/deutsche-lufthansa-ag" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:21667:1" rel="noopener">Deutsche Lufthansa (LHA GR)</a> is not very far away from triggering a change.</li>
<li>Separately, I see two changes for the MDAX index and two changes for the SDAX index.</li>

In this insight, we take a look at the names leading the race to become ADDs/DELs for the DAX, MDAX, and SDAX Indices in the December 2023 Rebalance.
I do not see any changes for the DAX index in December 2023 but Deutsche Lufthansa (LHA GR) is not very far away from triggering a change.
Separately, I see two changes for the MDAX index and two changes for the SDAX index.

Technical Analysis

Broad global indexes (MSCI ACWI, ACWI ex-US, EAFE, and EM) were able to shrug off recent news of a more contagious Covid variant that popped-up in the UK. Additionally, Covid fears have done nothing to derail ongoing positive market dynamics. As long as support levels hold and market dynamics remain positive, our outlook remains bullish and we continue to view any weakness as a buying opportunity. While most markets are advancing to 12+ month highs, including the U.S., Japan, and EM, Europe is still trading at its 200-day MA, as a result of its recent four-month decline. This presents an attractive entry point, especially for small-cap investors.  In this report we highlight opportunities in: steel companies, trucks/construction/farm machinery, auto parts manufacturers and energy companies.
