<li>I then sorted out those with a short-selling volume exceeding 10% of the accumulated trade volume during these five trading days and a 30-day ADTV of +₩3B.</li>
<li>And another additional condition was an increase in the loan balance during the same period. As a result, six names came up as having a high potential of price decline.</li>

Most Shorted Stocks on KOSDAQ 150 in Last 5 Days

The Korea Exchange announced its KOSDAQ150 and KRX300 indices rebalances today. There were 17 new additions and 17 deletions for KOSDAQ150. Most of the stocks that were expected to be included in KOSDAQ 150 were officially included in the rebalance. However there were a few surprises. For example <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/nanos-co-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:16796:1" rel="noopener">Nanos Co Ltd (151910 KS),</a>which was one of the stocks that was expected to be included in KOSDAQ150, did not get included in this indext this time. On the other hand, the following stocks including <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/sang-a-frontec-co-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:20692:1" rel="noopener">Sang A Frontec (089980 KS)</a>, Novarex (194700 KS(, CIS (222080 KS), MedPacto (215980 KS), <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/koreacenter-com-co-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:28329:1" rel="noopener">Koreacenter.com Co Ltd (290510 KS)</a>, and Soulbrain (357780 KS) which were not on the top of the lists of getting selected into the KOSDAQ150 index by the locals, were formally selected be part of the new KOSDAQ150 inclusions.  The Korea Exchange also made changes to the KRX300 index. Although the KRX300 index is not currently as important as KOSPI200 and KOSDAQ150 indices, it is increasingly gaining in importance among the local institutional investors. The KRX300 had 33 new additions and 35 deletions.

The Nature Holdings is getting ready for an IPO in the Korean stock market in July. Established in 2004, The Nature Holdings has been one of the most impressive rising stars in the Korean apparel sector in the past two years. This is the biggest IPO in the Korean apparel sector this year. The company has the rights to sell the National Geographic brand name apparel products in Korea. The National Geographic branded apparel products have been one of the best selling brands in Korea in the past two years.The IPO price range is from 45,000 won to 50,000 won. The company expects to raise between 54 billion won to 60 billion won. The book-building for the institutional investors starts on July 8th. The lead underwriter on this deal is Korea Investment &amp; Securities. According to the bankers' valuation, this IPO is expected to have a market cap of 364 billion won (at the high end of the IPO price range). The company's revenue surged from 40.1 billion won in 2016 to 235.3 billion won in 2019, a CAGR of 80.3% during this period. Its operating profit also surged nearly 14x from 2.8 billion won in 2016 to 39.8 billion won in 2019. The company's revenue and operating profit increased by 66.7% and 96.7% YoY in 2019.
