<li>As long as the Russell 2000 index (IWM) is above $208, Russell Micro Cap index (IWC) is above $134-$135, and the S&amp;P 500 is above 4495, we cannot be bearish.</li>
<li>Treasury yields are not breaking down below 1.40%-1.45% support on the 10-year Treasury yield and 1.76% support on the 30-year Treasury yield.</li>

As long as the Russell 2000 index (IWM) is above $208, Russell Micro Cap index (IWC) is above $134-$135, and the S&amp;P 500 is above 4495, we cannot be bearish.
Treasury yields are not breaking down below 1.40%-1.45% support on the 10-year Treasury yield and 1.76% support on the 30-year Treasury yield.


Continued Absence Of Breakdowns Is A Positive Sign; Many Bottoms-Up Stock Recommendations

The S&amp;P 500’s 5-month uptrend remains intact, and as long as it continues we remain bullish. With that said, we are near the top end of the uptrend channel and could fall 2.75%-3.25% before we get to uptrend support. Overall we believe the positives outweigh the concerns as highlighted in this week's report.  Also highlighted are actionable names in Retailing, Health Care, and small-cap Aero Defense.

Dolby Laboratories Inc. develops audio signal processing systems for the motion picture, broadcasting, and music recording industries, as well as the consumer market.

Arrow Electronics, Inc. distributes electronic components and computer products to industrial and commercial customers.  The Company distributes a variety of products including computer systems, peripherals, software, and mass storage products to original equipment manufacturers and commercial customers worldwide.

SYNNEX Corporation provides information technology supply chain services.  The Company offers services to original equipment manufacturers and software publishers worldwide.  SYNNEX offers product distribution, related logistics services, and contract assembly.
