Lucror Analytics is a leading credit and ESG research specialist and a provider of technology solutions for differentiated fixed income strategies. Credit

CIFI’s H1/20 results were acceptable. Earnings declined slightly on lower margins, but leverage was stable and liquidity remains sound. In addition, we view positively the increased recurring income from property and project management, which should help mitigate the cyclicality risk stemming from property development. Going forward, we expect CIFI to maintain its financial profile at current levels, supported by earnings growth and a moderate level of land acquisitions.
