Periscope Analytics focuses on event-driven trades across Asia Pacific and provides comprehensive, timely and systematic coverage of index changes to major Asia Pacific indices in a structured manner.

The analysis includes forecasted inclusions and exclusions to all major Asian indices that have significant amount of tracking assets, including estimates of passive buy/sell flow on the stocks. This is not surprising given the contents of the RMB Share Issue <a href="https://www1.hkexnews.hk/listedco/listconews/sehk/2021/0524/2021052400195.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Circular</a>.</li>
<li>If they spend the midpoint of the RMB 3.0-5.0bn plan at a 20+% premium to current price, it is 8% of the RMB Share float. </li>
<li>The H-share buyback program is eligible to start after 8 Feb deadline for RMB Share greenshoe allocation. The stock is HK$51. Anything under HK$70/share is accretive vs the IPO.</li>
