In this insight, we take a look at our final expectations for ADDs/DELs for the T50 and T100 indices for the June 2024 index rebal event.
Today is the base date for the T50/100 June 2024 index review and there are some changes to our expectations since my last insight roughly a month ago.
We see one change for the T50 index and three changes for the T100 index.


Quiddity Leaderboard T50/​​​100 Jun 24: Bizlink TDIV Deletion And Some Surprises

<ul>
<li>In this insight, we take a look at the names leading the race to become ADDs/DELs for the T50 and T100 Indices for the June 2024 index rebal event.</li>
<li>According to our estimates, there are currently no expected index changes for the T50 index.</li>
<li>However, there could be five changes for the T50 and one of the expected DELs  <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/bizlink-holding-inc" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:6779:1" rel="noopener">Bizlink Holding (3665 TT)</a> could also be deleted from the TDIV index. </li>
</ul>


In this insight, we take a look at the names leading the race to become ADDs/DELs for the T50 and T100 Indices for the June 2024 index rebal event.
According to our estimates, there are currently no expected index changes for the T50 index.
However, there could be five changes for the T50 and one of the expected DELs  Bizlink Holding (3665 TT) could also be deleted from the TDIV index.

<li>The T50 index represents the top 50 largest stocks by market capitalization in the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE). The T100 index represents the <em>next</em> 100 largest names (51-150 ranks).</li>
<li>These indices are rebalanced quarterly. In this insight, we take a look at the names leading the race to become ADDs/DELs for the September 2024 index rebal event.</li>
<li>T50/100 index changes can also trigger TDIV index changes. <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/nuvoton-technology-corp" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:15913:1" rel="noopener">Nuvoton Technology (4919 TT)</a> could be involved in such a move in September 2024.</li>

The T50 index represents the top 50 largest stocks by market capitalization in the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE). The T100 index represents the next 100 largest names (51-150 ranks).
These indices are rebalanced quarterly. In this insight, we take a look at the names leading the race to become ADDs/DELs for the September 2024 index rebal event.
T50/100 index changes can also trigger TDIV index changes. Nuvoton Technology (4919 TT) could be involved in such a move in September 2024.

<li>If prices fluctuate significantly between now and the base date, there could be more changes.</li>

In this insight, we take a look at the names leading the race to become ADDs/DELs for the T50 and T100 Indices for the June 2024 index rebal event.
I do not see any changes for the T50 index but there could be at least four changes for the T100 index based on current data.

<li>The index changes for the March 2024 index rebal event for the T50/100 index family and the TDIV index were confirmed after market close on Friday 1st March 2024.</li>
<li>The confirmed changes for T50 and T100 were captured in our expectations but an additional change we expected did not materialize which adversely affected our flow expectations for March 2024.</li>
<li>In this insight, we take a close look at the breakdown of our <em>final flow expectations</em> for the upcoming Inclusion/Exclusion and Capping events.</li>

The index changes for the March 2024 index rebal event for the T50/100 index family and the TDIV index were confirmed after market close on Friday 1st March 2024.
The confirmed changes for T50 and T100 were captured in our expectations but an additional change we expected did not materialize which adversely affected our flow expectations for March 2024.

Quiddity TDIV/​50/​100 Mar 24 Rebal: Disappointing Result but Trade Successful So Far; Bail Out Now!

Allis Electric Co., Ltd. manufactures and markets electric distributors, electronics products, voltage regulating transformers and electrical machinery materials.  The Company mainly sells its products in Taiwan.

Ta Ya Electric Wire & Cable Co., Ltd. manufactures electrical wires and cables. The Company produces enameled wires, bare copper wires, cross-linked power electric (PE) cables, telecommunication cables, as well as plastic wires and cables.

Teco Electric & Machinery Co., Ltd. manufactures household appliances, industrial motors, and smart cards.  The Company produces air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, televisions, dryers, single-phase motors, three-phase motors, inverters, rotary compressors, stepping motors, gear motors, and generators.

AcBel Polytech Inc. designs and manufactures standard and custom switching power supplies (SPS) and power system products.  The Company's products include personal computer (PC) power supplies, web server power supplies, telecom power supplies, low voltage switching regulators, and direct current (DC)/DC converters.

Phihong Technology Co., Ltd. manufactures power supply equipment.  The Company's main products are universal adaptors, battery chargers, direct current (DC) converters, open frame switchers, chassis mount switchers, computer power supplies, and switching game power supplies.

FSP Technology Inc. designs and produces switching power supplies, inverters, open frames, adapters, and other related products. The Company mainly exports its products to other Asian countries, Europe, and North America.

Hong Tai Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. manufactures and markets electric cables, telecommunication cables, and copper wires.

Furukawa Electric's metal products include aluminum cans, air conditioner parts, and shape memory alloys.

Xi'an Shaangu Power Co., Ltd. provides solutions and services to turbomachinery systems.  The Company's products include turbine compressers, industrial process energy recovery systems, and turbo blower units.

HBL Power Systems Ltd. manufactures power systems consisting of batteries and related power electronic products. Xiangtan Electric Manufacturing Company Ltd. manufactures electrical machinery. The Company produces wind turbines, pumps, electrical wheel trucks, electric mining locomotives, industrial locomotives, light rail cars, elevators, hydraulic presses, and ball mills.

Voltamp Transformers Ltd. manufactures industrial electricity transformers.

Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co., Ltd. manufactures wind generator sets, provides consulting service in building and operating wind generating plants, builds and operates middle-sized wind generating plants.
