The company also benefit from getting the government contract to facilitate the SHN and hosts the Malaysian worker of <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/comfortdelgro-corp-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:497:1" rel="noopener">Comfortdelgro Corp (CD SP)</a> and <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/singapore-post-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:150:1" rel="noopener">Singapore Post (SPOST SP)</a> . 
Among all the hotel assets, 3 of the hotels in the Orchard area will be the first ones to recover their occupancy rate and the room rate which will translate into a higher RevPar. 
Thanks to the skew in high PER from Ascott Residence Trust, FEHT is trading at a 51% discount to the peers while in PBR, FEHT is trading at a 37.5% discount to the peers. Excluding Ascott Residence Trust, FEHT is trading at a 7% premium to the peers and a 41% discount to the peers. FEHT is also trading below its book value currently. BUY.

ICA has announced that Mainland Chinese tourists may seek entry to Singapore by applying for Air Travel Pass without the need of being quarantined if tested COVID-19 negative. Mainland Chinese makes up the largest constituents of tourists in Singapore. 
Despite having a higher fixed rental revenue component compared to the peer, the company has only outperformed the peers by 10% and at 23x PER, it is not too expensive considering the rebound potential.

Given the level at which these bonds have been issued, we think the bond with the next call date in the S$ perp market <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/ascendas-real-estate-investment-trust" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:39:1" rel="noopener">Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust (AREIT SP)</a>  4.75% perps) will be called in October.<div class="content-highlight">Fundamental credit research focused on Asian high yield, including coverage of areas which are generally overlooked such as Indian finance companies and non-USD denominated credit (SGD).  Sector agnostic.
