We combine fundamental bottom-up views with our proprietary quantitative framework to provide a holistic coverage across new listings and placements. Our coverage includes pre-IPO notes before the deal is launched, follow-up analysis once the deal is live and post-listing trading analysis as well.

Given the mid-week HK holiday and the ongoing golden week, there weren't any large placements this week.

That was the first selldown by Alipay  <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/alibaba-group-holding-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:787:1" rel="noopener">(Alibaba (ADR) (BABA US)</a>).  </li>
<li>Despite pricing the shares at an enticing 11.8% discount to last close, the stock failed to hold the deal price and hasn’t looked back since.</li>
