<li>If the Oil Search shareholders approve, the stock could be deleted at the close on 10 December. Spark Infrastructure could be deleted at the end of November following its acquisition.</li>
<li>There will be inclusions to the S&amp;P/ASX100 and S&amp;P/ASX 200 ahead of the regular rebalance. Then there will be more changes a couple of weeks later at the regular rebalance.</li>

Our Q3-2021 All Cap High-Risk screen of stocks produced a market-cap-weighted average price return of 2% and a simple average decline of 0.2%.</li>
<li>
Out of the 34 stocks that appeared in our Q3-2021 screen, 15 stocks saw an average share price decline of 11.5%, whilst 19 stocks appreciated on average by 14%. The two biggest declining stock  were down 25% and 19% respectively.</li>
<li>Our Q4 2021 screen, with 38 names (up from 34 seen in Q3 and Q2 2021) delivers an interesting composition this quarter, </li>

As in the previous few quarters, we anticipate the possibility of a risk of deteriorating credit metrics during the next few quarters: Q4 2021’s Altman Z score rests at 1.23, which is just up on Q3 2021’s level of 1.19.</li>

Earlier today, <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/de-grey-mining-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:6192:1" rel="noopener">De Grey Mining (DEG AU)</a> went into a trading halt and announced that the company was launching a fully underwritten A$125m placement to complete the Mallina Gold Project prefeasibility study, extend existing resources and conduct exploration drilling.The company is selling a maximum of 113.636m shares at an offer price of A$1.10/share. This is a 9% discount to the last close. The trading halt will be lifted latest by 22 October, the new shares will settle on 27 October and will be allotted on 28 October.The increased number of shares could result in <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/de-grey-mining-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:6192:1" rel="noopener">De Grey Mining (DEG AU)</a> being included in the <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/s-p-asx-200" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:22901:1" rel="noopener">S&amp;P/ASX 200 (AS51 INDEX)</a> at the December review. M&amp;A deals in the Aussie energy space continue.
<a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/posco-international-corporation" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:5954:1" rel="noopener">Posco International Corporation (047050 KS)</a>, the trading arm of South Korea's mega-steel play <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/posco" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:208:1" rel="noopener">Posco (005490 KS)</a>, has been granted exclusive due diligence through to 5 November to bump its indicative Offer of A$4.40/share for natural gas producer <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/senex-energy-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:18390:1" rel="noopener">Senex Energy (SXY AU)</a>. 
PIC first approached Senex on the 2 September with a A$4.00/share Offer, then A$4.20 on the 27 August, before submitting an indicative proposal of A$4.40/share on the 2 September, which is a 40% premium to the 30-day VWAP on that day. 
PIC was granted due diligence on the 15 September. The DD extension is to provide PIC with additional time to assess a further revised proposal at a higher price.
Should a firm Offer transpire, it will be done via an off-market takeover with a 50.1% minimum acceptance condition. FIRB approval would also be a condition. 
Senex is open to other offers:
