As a continuation of our Long Term Leaders vertical, we look at Dabur India (DABUR IN), which is one of the leading domestic consumer staples firms. Post its 3Q15 results, the stock rallied close to its life time high resulting in its RSI moving to the overbought range, however, we would continue to stay long given: <ul><li>Company's growth has remained resilient with better than sector growth rates, given its presence in niche categories</li><li>Analyst have only just started to revise their EPS estimates upwards on the back of higher margin expectations</li><li>However, sales growth expectations still remain subdued for FY16, and we believe there could be more upside to sales growth, which would drive EPS growth higher</li><li>Impending government budget could provide demand upside, if individuals tax slabs are revised</li><li>Dabur's presence in herbal/ayurvedic category could benefit from any effort by the government to promote Indian hertiage</li></ul>
