Fears of the impact of Britain's exit from the European Union have pushed down the prices of most European communication stocks. We think this is an overreaction as we view telecom as a sector somewhat immune to geopolitical changes. In our view, Brexit will have no effect on cross-border transfers of voice or data as mobile termination rates for voice have already been reduced to negligible levels and for data have been cut in half and will be down to local roaming rates by the end of 2017.Within the U.K., we think BT will likely be the most affected as the majority of its revenue is from the U.K. Its only non-U.K. revenue is from its global services division. However, we think what losses do accrue will be offset by stronger revenue from the global services division as revenue from other currencies is translated into a weaker pound.Analysts: Allan C. We're awash in concerns over inflation - the Economist last week, and multiple speakers at the 2nd Independent Research Conference where we moderated a panel on asset allocation. Ignore them.  Our analysis suggests a low near term probability of sustained inflationary concerns in core markets. However, if you disagree, steer clear of linkers and commodity futures as your inflation hedge. You'll likely lose money. We recommend equities for this role, which are currently pricing in cyclical inflation lows.  In EM, we see the trend moving in the opposite direction, as inflationary pressures top out on the back of recovery in real exchange rates.  Longer term, the outlook for inflation in core economies will move up as policy makers are forced to ease more aggressively to drive it into a 2-4% range.  Not necessarily a bad thing for risk assets.

Kabel Deutschland Holding AG, through its subsidiary, is a cable operator. The Company offers its customers analog and digital TV, broadband Internet and fixed line phone services via cable as well mobile services in cooperation with an industry partner.

New Work SE operates an an online business network. The Company offers social network for business professionals to connect and share ideas, projects, jobs, and advice. New Work serves customers in Europe.

Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation provides a variety of telecommunication services, including telephone, telegraph, leased circuits, data communication, terminal equipment sales, and related services. The Company provides both local and long distance telephone services within Japan.
