With the general decline of private non-landed residential property prices in Singapore, investors and homebuyers might ask which districts have freehold-type developments that are priced fairly? We believe that freehold non-landed private residential developments are still highly in demand given the limited supply, and potential returns in the form of expected growth, capital appreciation derived.
