<p>We joined a shareholder meeting to decide whether THREL would be allowed to sell its shares in EMCS Thailand to its own parent company THRE in a related transaction. EMCS Thailand is a software company that specializes in non-life insurers and auto service centers. Currently, THRE holds 50% of the company after buying out BKI (Bangkok Insurance), while THREL still holds 20%.
