<li>We believe that there is a relatively high probability that the Korean government will lower the highest corporate tax rate bracket from 25% to 22% starting next year.</li>
<li>A 3% change in corporate tax rate should result in about 4% higher net profit for Korean companies.</li>
<li>Among the top 30 companies in Korea, we believe the companies with the biggest impact on lowering their tax rates include LG Electronics, Naver, Kakao Corp, SK Innovation, and KT&amp;G. </li>

WCP IPO - The Positives - Past Sales Have Been Very Strong

<li>Premier Partners private equity firm plans to sell a total of 3.46 million shares (4.84% stake) of SK IE Technology (361610 KS) in a block deal sale.</li>
<li>Premier Partners is trying to dump its shares right after a dead cat bounce in SK IET's share price rise on 5 July.  </li>
<li>Despite the large block deal discount range, we remain negative on the SK IE Technology shares and we would avoid this block deal. Valuations remain expensive.</li>
