Singapore Exchange Ltd (SGX)

Singapore Exchange is Asia’s leading and trusted market infrastructure, facilitating the exchange of capital and ideas to create value for people, businesses and economies. <ul><li>Wilmar chairman Kuok, QAF MD Lin Kejian continue to build interests OCBC led the share buyback consideration tally, buying back 2 million shares at an average price of S$12.67 per share, followed by Olam Group, which bought back 7 million shares at an average price of S$1.08 per share.</li><li>Between Sep 13 and Sep 15, QAF joint group managing director and executive director Lin Kejian acquired 945,600 shares at an average price of S$0.824 per share.</li></ul>

<ul><li>With the narrowest monthly percentage trading range since Feb 2015, the STI consolidated in April, taking its total return for the first four months of 2023 to , which was also the precise mid-point between the total returns of the FTSE Asia Pacific Index at 3.3% and FTSE ASEAN All-Share Index at 0.8%, in SGD terms.</li><li>Keppel Corporation, Jardine Cycle & Carriage and CapitaLand Investment led the STI in April, averaging 9.0% total returns, bringing their 4-month total returns to 34.3%, 18.5% and 5.4% respectively.</li><li>The STI ended April with a 1.3% total return, bringing its total return for the four months ending April to 2.1%.</li></ul>
