<li>Temasek raised around US$300m via its secondary selldown in <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/singapore-airlines-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:74:1" rel="noopener">Singapore Airlines (SIA SP)</a> in Jun 2023. The lockup from that placement will expire soon.</li>
<li>Temasek still owns over 50% of SIA and hence, any selldown might not come before SIA reports its 1H23/24 results in mid-Nov 2023.</li>

Temasek raised around US$300m via its secondary selldown in Singapore Airlines (SIA SP) in Jun 2023. The lockup from that placement will expire soon.

SIA Placement Lockup - Time for Another Trim of Its US$7bn Stake

<ul><li>Banks lead Q3 2023 net institutional inflow INSTITUTIONS were again net buyers of Singapore stocks over the five trading sessions through to Oct 5, with S$100 million of net institutional inflow, and 24 primary-listed companies conducting buybacks with a total consideration of S$38.5 million.</li><li>ComfortDelGro saw S$71 million of net institutional fund inflow in Q3 2023, after booking S$44 million of net institutional fund outflow in H1 2023.</li></ul>

<ul><li>In 3Q23, the STI generated a total return, marginally outpacing the FTSE ASEAN Extended 60 Index with a 1% total return and FTSE APAC Index with a 1.1% decline in total return.</li><li>Sembcorp and Keppel, which are both pivoting to sustainable solutions, averaged 3.6% declines in total return over the quarter.</li><li>The iEdge SG Adv Manufacturing Index generated a 0.5% decline in total return in 2023, bringing its 9-month decline in total return to 1.8%.</li></ul>

The Group's activities include financial services, supermarkets, consumer marketing, engineering and construction, automobile trading, insurance broking, property investment, and hotels.

Gallant Venture Ltd is an investment holding company. The Company owns and operates industrial parks, supplies telecommunications services, electricity and water and wastewater management services, operates resorts and hotels, and develops real estate.

Bonvests Holdings Limited is an investment holding company whose subsidiaries develop real estate and operate waste collection and disposal, and contract cleaning.  The Company also develops and operates hotels locally and overseas, as well as operates food and beverage restaurants.  Bonvests Holdings trades securities and rents properties.
