TMT Investments PLC is an investment company. The Company was formed to identify and acquire, or make and dispose of investments in the TMT Sector. TMT seeks to provide equity and equity-related investment capital, such as convertible loans, to private companies which are seeking capital for growth and development, consolidation or acquisition, or as a pre-IPO financing.

Sareum Holdings PLC is a clinical-stage small molecule company. The Company develops next-generation kinase inhibitors to treat auto immune diseases and cancer. Sareum Holdings serves customers in the United States.

<li>There is a loss before tax reduced to £1.33m, compared to a loss of £2.5m (H123 to end Dec 2023) which included Phase 1a clinical trial costs.</li>
<li>There are significant operational highlights in the development pipeline with SDC-1801, SRA737 and SDC-1802 as Sareum advances the next generation of kinase inhibitors for autoimmune disease and cancer.</li>

Abingdon Health Plc is a technology-enabled lateral flow diagnostics company. The Company offers lateral flow assay development and smartphone reader solutions alongside Europe's largest rapid test manufacturing capacity. Abingdon Health serves customers worldwide.

<li>Financial highlights include a £5.2m placing, a 28% increase in Revenue to £3.1m, but with an Operating loss of £2.6m up from a loss of £1.2m in H123 as a result of investments in growth initiatives.</li>
<li>The adjusted EBITDA loss was £1.9m and an improved EBITDA performance is expected in H2 due to forecast revenue growth as key strategic milestones are passed, such as the acquisition of CS Lifesciences, the opening of Abingdon Analytical in Doncaster, and the commencement of work in April from the new US site. </li>

<li>Construction of the sites subject to the PPA Addendum will commence immediately. As previously announced, the Company signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Vietnam with MWG granting Coro exclusivity on an initial 900 MWG company sites in the central and southern regions of Vietnam where solar irradiation is the highest in the country.</li>
<li>Coro will build, own, and operate each rooftop solar system and sell all generated electricity directly to each Mobile World Investment Corporation location under a 14-year PPA, extendable in certain circumstances.</li>
