Yuzhou Group's sales execution remains strong, albeit cash collection has been affected by the longer mortgage approval period. The company's refinancing plan for its January 2022 maturity should be achievable, using proceeds from the recently issued USD Notes and cash collected from contracted sales, with CNY 1 bn of the latter to be used for this purpose every month from October. The company does not have any immediate refinancing requirements following its redemption of CNY 2 bn of domestic bonds in September.
