<p>Yuexiu Services is an urban operation service provider in China with a focus on the Greater Bay Area. It manages a mix of non-commercial and commercial properties. As of December 2020, the company had 215 properties under management with about 32.6m GFA under management and about 96.1% of these GFA situated in Tier 1, New Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities. </p>
