<p><br/> Yanzhou Coalâ€™s FY 2019 results were soft on account of lower profitability across segments. That said, it is encouraging to see the very small (less than 2 ppts) drop in the gross margin for the key coal business, given that many other coal producers were much more adversely affected by the challenging conditions during the year. We note that coal prices in China were more stable than those in the seaborne market. Yanzhou'sآ financial risk profile deteriorated slightly, but liquidity remains adequate.<br/></p>
