We downgrade our rating on Vector (VCT) to UNDERPERFORM from NEUTRAL for three key reasons: 1) the sale price for 50% of the metering business was ~-NZ$400m less than expected, 2) imputation credits will likely be removed, reducing the gross dividend -10%, and 3) there is downside risk to our regulatory electricity price forecast following the upcoming 1 April 2025 price reset
