Athaporn Arayasantiparb, CFA

Athaporn served as Head of Research for UOB and ANZ in Thailand and was an award-winning telecoms analyst at UBS in 2010 (AsiaMoney Thailand category) and Regional Strategist for DMG in Singapore. Prior to that, he also served as Kasikornbank credit analyst and scholar. He has a total work experience of 22 years, of which 19 were in research and 9 in research management roles. He started his career as an engineer for PTT and currently manages family investments. He holds an MBA from Stern (NYU) and CFA Charter since 2006.

They made our list, because they now own a listed company in Singha Estate (formerly Rasa Property). The rankings ain't so high, but these guys are married to the richest actress in Thailand and will build the tallest building in Bangkok in the next four years. I'll take that for a dollar. We wouldn't recommend his stocks though.</p><p>If Charoen wants to sell moonshine (fine, Chang Beer is legal but indulge me), someone's gotta play the Buchanans, and it might as well be Singha, Carlsberg's new partner in Thailand yo.</p>
