Prior to Aequitas. I was heading Content Strategy for Smartkarma, along with covering IPOs & Placement. In an earlier life I have covered ASEAN property and the banking space in India.

China Resources Land (CR Land) plans to raise US$1.2bn through an issuance of primary shares.&nbsp;The deal scores well on our framework given its track record and recent price momentum, even though valuations look a bit stretched versus historical and comps. The company plans to use the proceeds from its share sale for acquiring more land and funding development costs. With most of the previous deals in the stock having done well, we would take the deal.
