Esme has over a decade of experience at leading investment banks and consultancies, advising institutional and private wealth investors in relation to investment opportunities in technology and innovation. In her previous corporate role, she advised senior leadership on the strategy to navigate disruption through innovation. She is active in the startup ecosystem, serving as a mentor to an accelerator.

Mio Kato has over 15 years of experience looking at Japanese and Asian cyclically driven sectors such as Gaming, Factory Automation and Autos. He was previously with FrontPoint Partners LP, Arrowhawk Capital Partners, and Uzabase before founding LightStream Research.
