<div>Singapore developers sold a total number of 487 private new homes in the month of October 2018. This was 48% m-o-m and 36% y-o-y decrease. This made October sales number to be the second lowest month in 2018 so far. The top three best selling projects are Affinity at Serangoon, Stirling Residences and Riverfront Residences. They sold 81, 75 and 55 units respectively in October at the median selling prices of S$1,499, S$1,738 and S$1,327 per square foot. Looking forward, we expect the sales number to rebound in November in view of the four newly launched projects. </div>
