RLS is the property management arm of Shenzhen-listed <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/risesun-real-estate-devel-a" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:12140:1" rel="noopener">Risesun Real Estate Devel A (002146 CH)</a>  and has been managing properties developed by RiseSun Development Group. The company only expanded into managing independent third-party properties in 2018.
