<p>With regards to the latest PMI and business confidence data, businesses are reporting mild declines from recent highs. Yet, given the relative robustness it is coming off of, these numbers remain relatively strong.  Coupled with strong real estate, land, and base commodity input output growth, we do not see any near term moderate or significant drop in activity or expectations in the economy.</p>
