The month of April 2016 recorded another disappointment for new home sales in Singapore with the number of new non-landed private residential homes sold, excluding executive condominiums (ECs), fell further by 11.6% on a monthly basis to 745 new units sold, and a 36.2% yearly decline from 1,167 new homes sold in April 2015.
