2 days before the Tender Offer closes, NEC put out a PR saying NEC thought the TOB was good for them and the future of NESIC. I don't care about NEC's future NESIC's future if they buy the shares. This means they are having trouble getting shares but they say "NEC have no plans to raise the share price in future." It resembles both Itochu before FM no-bump close, and Kirin before Fancl bump.
