We believe the company will not need to raise further debt in FY 2021, given its strong liquidity and our expectation of positive cash flows. Still, MGM China is not likely to deleverage meaningfully (i.e. to around pre-pandemic levels) before FY 2022. The extent of deleveraging will also depend on when the company plans to resume dividends.</p>
