<p><br/> Lippo Karawaci (LPKR) has reported Q3 and 9M/21 results that were much better than expected. Revenue and earnings accelerated, despite COVID-19 related lockdowns during most of Q3. The company has benefited from the pandemic, as demand for affordable landed housing (especially in the suburbs, which are less densely populated) rose due to work-from-home policies (which reduced the need for commutes to the city centre). Siloam Hospitals has capitalised on COVID-19 treatment and testing, which accounted for a third of the hospital's revenue. The consolidation of LMIRT has made the balance sheet and capital structure appear worse than they actually are. Leverage and coverage ratios are currently not meaningful. Liquidity remains healthy, with a good debt maturity profile.<br/></p>
