Lifestyle Internationalآ (LIHL) released FY 2019 operating results that were soft as we had expected, considering the multiple external shocks it experienced. We expect sales to stay soft in FY 2020, as the Hong Kong economy has been and will be further hurt by the COVID-19 outbreak and the ongoing social unrest. In the short term, the company faces business risks introduced by external shocks, while both the epidemic situation and social unrest hits the retail industry badly. In the medium- to long-term, LIHL faces execution risk related to the Kai Tak project, and refinancing risk in 2021 and 2022.
