<div class="content-highlight"><p>It was announced on 28 December that <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/delivery-hero-se" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:24416:1" rel="noopener">Delivery Hero SE (DHER GY)</a> has agreed to acquire <a href="http://www.asiae.co.kr/article/2020122817593874094" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Woowa Brothers</a> and sell Yogiyo. Woowa Brothers (Baemin) and Yogiyo are the first and second largest players in the food delivery services in Korea. About a year ago, Delivery Hero announced that it wanted to acquire Woowa Brothers. However, a few weeks ago, the Korean FTC ruled that in order for Delivery Hero to acquire Woowa Brothers, it would need to sell Yogiyo due to anti-competitive reasons.</p></div>
