The Kokusai Electric IPO was "too cheap"; shares are +130% since. The lockup for 70% of shares out ends 21 April. I expect KKR wants to sell but earnings are out 10 May. Details on index, etc matter.

Kokusai Electric was ¥4310 the day after I wrote. Fell to ¥3700-3800 before re-attaining ¥4000+ today. STILL has an overhang issue. Given no selldown after earnings, next timing is probably after Q1 into "offering season" or Q2 earnings.
I note ongoing cross-holding sales will lead to investors selling to make room to buy. 2 More large Renesas offerings to go. May see others in the space.
