Real estate development consultant/asset mgr Kasumigaseki Capital (3498) was in the "TOPIX Who Is Ready" list most of the last year. Now they are moving to TOPIX. Trades Monday. Earnings out Tuesday.

The idea was to buy the dip after the pop on the news 3498 would move to TSE Prime, because on balance, I expected earnings guidance would be better.
It was dramatically better (see the Discussions below).
Shares are +60% or so since the day after I wrote.
Investors are now looking at this 2 years out.
I am not sure that people are going to be willing to pre-position on TOPIX flows.
