<li>Companies that have not yet met the criteria for compliance with the TSE's listing maintenance criteria for the new market segment will be required to disclose a "Plan" during  December.</li>
<li>While the Company expects a moderate increase in sales, the key to increasing corporate value by increasing free cash flow will be how to raise the profit margin.</li>
<li>If the Company does not meet the criteria for maintaining its listing on the prime market at that time, new measures may be added in the updated plan in June.</li>
