<p><strong>28 March 2016 - </strong> Starwood Hotels ("HOT") announced it had <a href="https://s1.q4cdn.com/483583335/files/doc_news/2016/Starwood-Press-Release-FINAL.pdf" target="_blank">received</a> a revised non-binding proposal from Anbang Insurance Group to acquire all shares for <strong>USD 82.75 per share. </strong>Including the IILG scrip consideration this comes to a combined total value of USD 88.66.
