Hyundai Motor plans to sell a stake of up to 17.5% in the IPO of Hyundai Motor India Ltd. This IPO is expected to raise between US$2.5 billion to US$3 billion, which could be the largest ever IPO in India. Hyundai is expected to file IPO prospectus as early as today (14 June) for a listing in Mumbai. Hyundai Motor India could be valued at nearly US$30 billion post listing.
