21 July 2016 - Ingram Micro announced that after consultation with the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States ("CFIUS"), Ingram Micro and Tianjin Tianhai have elected to submit a <a href="http://phx.corporate-ir.net/phoenix.zhtml?c=98566&amp;p=irol-newsArticle&amp;ID=2187294" target="_blank">Joint Voluntary Notification</a> to CFIUS, which will be filed in due course. The companies continue to expect the transaction to close in the second half of 2016, as previously announced.<blockquote>
