<p>We recently had a positive meeting with members of the Senior Management of&nbsp;Buy-rated Hywin Holdings [NASDAQ: HYW: US$6.12; &nbsp;US$172 million market cap]&nbsp;Hywin at their corporate office in Hong Kong. &nbsp;Overall, management appeared quite confident in the company’s current performance and positioning, and the prospects and outlook going forward. &nbsp;The potential for the overall Chinese and Hong Kong financial and stock markets looks more positive, following proactive measures taken by the government following the all-important CICC meetings in October. &nbsp;The Chinese government has rolled out many measures to support the real estate sector including extending repayment periods, facilitating financing for developers, lowering mortgage down-payments, etc. &nbsp;Chinese property developers’ shares and bonds have soared after regulators lifted a ban on equity refinancing for listed firms – all these moves will encourage developers to obtain fresh funding and benefit long-term asset backed products held by investors. &nbsp;Hywin shares the view that investor sentiment has improved with the recent comprehensive steps taken regarding stimulating the overall economy and specifically the property sector, as well easing restrictions on Covid-19 and related travel.</p>
