Oversold chart readings and structures are flashing bull signals into September weakness where we are preparing to buy capitulation selling in line with SPX weakness with event tail risk for Hong Kong.<a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/hang-seng-china-enterprises-index" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:22900:1">Hang Seng China Enterprises Index (HSCEI INDEX)</a> is slipping into technical chart support after a hard impulsive decline that sets up a least a good tactical rally into Q4. The current sideways pattern has formed a rising wedge that is expected to see a break below key support at 10,000 and the lows at 9,800 which has held downside attempts over the last 9 months.Macro chart support and projection/price synergy align for a higher conviction entry point toward base line support with a 10% rally expected from outlined entry points. This assumes we stay below 10,500 near term.The current spike up to resistance is under scrutiny for any follow through that would bring forward a rally cycle above tactical pivot resistance points.
