On 13th February 2020, France-headquartered Real Estate player <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/covivio" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:21462:1" rel="noopener">Covivio (formerly Fonciere Des Regions) (COV FP)</a> agreed to acquire German peer <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/godewind-immobilien-ag" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:28860:1" rel="noopener">Godewind Immobilien AG (GWD GR)</a> in an all-cash Tender Offer valuing the company at an enterprise value of €1.2bn. The Offer Price will be €6.40/Share.Godewind's key shareholders amounting to 35% of total shares out have agreed to sell. The Target board supports the Deal. The Deal is conditional on receiving Merger Clearance by the German Federal Cartel Office (FCO).Godewind's shares are currently trading close to terms with around 3 months to completion.
