Prior to Aequitas. I was heading Content Strategy for Smartkarma, along with covering IPOs & Placement. In an earlier life I have covered ASEAN property and the banking space in India.

<p>We would avoid the IPO.</p><p>Given the lackluster performance of recent IPOs in the sector, combined with the recent under performance of peers vs the index, we would avoid the deal for Momentum/Liquidity Strategy. The company’s earnings growth has been stupendous in the past few years, however, given: 1) the limited operating history of the company; 2) the short life cycle of the product; and 3) the hit/miss nature of the product, we would be cautious for long-term investors as well, even as our framework awards the company a marginally positive score.</p>
